Dial up Networking error

      27th Jul 2003
when i upgraded my systems processor my modem quit
working when i wanted to get on line, but when i check my
e-mail it is ok. I figured out it was a problem with
my 'Remote Access Connection Manager' and the 'Remote
Access Auto Connection Manager'. when i went to manually
start these i got two seprate errors. for the 'Remote
Access Connection Manager' it gave me an 'error 5: access
denied' and for the 'Remote Access Auto Connection
Manager' it gave me an 'Error 1068: The dependency
service or group failed to start'. i am logged on as the
system admin, and i have no idea what the second error
refers to. please help if you can.
