Hi,
I've been trying to make two Win XP Pro workstations see each other via
phone lines. One has been set to dial and the other to recieve incoming
connections and they do seem to do that.

On the dialing machine View Network Connections reports "Connected "
On the recieving computer View Network connection reports "Connected"
The dialing computer has even been correctly assigned a suitable IP address.

I can't see what to do next, neither machine, nor any shared disk appears in
the other's workgroup or network places, so please, what hugely obvious step
am I missing.

Hope someone can save me from this dilema,

Thanks in advance
