I want to migrate or in any way get my old dial-up
parameters from my old pc (98) to my new pc(XP).

Both pc's have shared folders and they are in the same
network.The communication between them are ok.

What do I do ?? Is there any way to eksport and import
the files?

Try the "Files and Settings Transfer Wizard." Start\All
Programs\Accessories\System Tools\Files and Settings Transfer Wizard.
