dial-up error message

I'm using Netscape 7.2 on Win2K. When I'm done loading the pages and
switch between tabs with the dial-up networking disconnected every so
often the error message comes up: "Cannot load dialog. Error 623: The
system could not find the phone book entry for this connection." where
should I look to resolve this?
