I run stinger virus removal tool & removed W32/Nachi.worm
& installed the security updat from microsoft site. But
when i try to connect internet, when verifying username
password & registering computer on network, getting error
code No :720 either there are no ppp network protocol or
ppp protocol is not agreeable or seomething like that. I
removed the TCP protocol reload again reload modem driver,
made a new dial up connection but unable to connect to
internet. Kindly help

This issue may or may not be related to the Virus on your system. This
particular issue may be caused by a number of reasons. Uninstalling and
re-installing TCP was a good step but there is more we can do depending on
which OS you are running. Below are articles for troubleshooting this
issue. One is if you are running XP and the other is for Win 200 Pro;
