can anyone help me with windows xp. It won't let you set
up a dial up connection. It goes to where you can choose
from ip's or online providers but from there the dots you
use to set it up won't work.

Had Same problem. http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm No. 87 fixes the problem. When you click on No. 87 use the open and this will fix the registry, It should work OK then. This will bring back the two greyed out buttons. I had the same problem when I ran the Auto-Update for XP
