Dial Up Connection to a W2K Server

Hi, i probably need a fools pardon for this question regarding remote
access. I have configured networks before for remote connections via VPN,
but I now need to setup remote access to one of our servers on our network
by dialing it up. I have a modem installed on the server, but i'm wondering
what the next step is. I've had a quick hunt on MS website for a whitepaper,
but no luck. Does anyone know how to setup a w2k server (not the domain
controller) on a domain to accept incoming calls, and preferrably allow a
Terminal Services connection? If anyone knew of any whitepapers from MS,
that would be great.

Any help or info would be much appreciated.

j
