Dial-UP connection Backup

Can I backup All the Dial-UP and VPN connections that I
created in order to restore them in case I need to
reinstall windows?

Emm, not 100% sure, but you might want to back up phonebook.pbk.

Since connections get stored as GUID too, reinstalling might invalidate
them. I'm sure that shortcuts to these no longer work, even if they have the
same name.

You could test this by getting someone else's Phonebook.pbk and switching
it (have a backup first).
