Dial-up command line

I have created a dial-up account which I want to control from the
command line instead of double-clicking the icon and click "Connect". I
need command line commands both to connect and to disconnect.

Alternatively double-clicking is OK, but I need parameters for the
"icons" to directly connect or disconnect.

Any ideas?
