How to: Dial a number with phone-edition?

Hi,

is it possible (and how) to let a user dial a number on a PocketPC with
PhoneEdition?
I have some numbers stored in a database and the user liked to just
select one of them and then make a call

wow. "MakeCall(...number...)" - is it that simple?
