Dial in connection

I try to dial into a remote PC (both Win XP) over normal
phone line.
Everything is working fine, I set up a connection and can
even access the Shared folder and see the content.
But when I start to copy a file, the remote PC disconnets
or the message comes up "this path is no longer
accessible".
Please help!
