Using the Diagrams option specifically the pyrimad

On one computer when I type in text it expands across the shape no problem

When I right click on the text box and go to "Format Autoshape"
I see three options

a. Word wrap text in autoshape (greyed out - ghosted can not select)
b. Resize autoshape to fix text (greyed out - ghosted can not select)
C. Rotate text within autoshape by 90 degrees (NOT ghosted)

However when on another computer the text wraps and you can only see 2/3
lines depending on size of segment within the pyrimad.
When I right click this time on the text box and go to "Format Autoshape"

Even though - word wrap text in autoshape is ghosted it is ticked in grey
also and
i cannot seem to change this default hence diagrams cant take as much text

Anyone see what I am doing wrong here

if you want to view paradise; simply look around and view it, any thing you
want to; do it, there's nothing to it !!?

Hm. See if you have autolayouts turned on on your computer. It's on the
toolbar which pops up when you're working with the diagrams in PPT 2002.
Try turning that off and see if the wrap options return.
