DHTML MENU problem in IE

After I created the DHTML menu on this page the Icons over the search
bar stop working.

Can sombody tell me why?
It is only i IE it don't work.

You have the line below 2x between the head tags.

<script type="text/javascript" language="JavaScript1.2"
src="stmenu.js"></script>

Remove one of them to see if the problem goes away. Also, if you save
that page (complete) on your desktop and then view it in FF, you will
see that it is causing you other problems in FF, too (see the double
horizontal menu).

For some reason, after mousing over the small icon, the larger icon appears and then quickly
changes to:
