dhtml effects vs. page transitions

hi, i am using FP2000. i am trying to use DHTML effects to change my buttons on mouse over. i am also using page transition effects. but only 1 effect works at a time. which ever effect i apply first to a page works, the 2nd one is ignored. someone told me that it works in FP2003. is this a program problem ? can i use only one of the 2 effects or does anyone know how to get both of them to work ??? the site is www.izzyswebdesign.com. thanx, Kleo
