Hi,
I am trying to install SBS2003 and on initial boot it
told me that another DHCP server was found. I clicked
through the boxes and did not set up the server as a DHCP
server, but I need this SBS2003 to be the DHCP server for
the network (and there are no other DHCP servers unless
this is some part of my IPS that I don't understand)

It will not let me start DHCP Server and will not let me
set up a DHCP server in the DHCP dialog. I have tried
everything I can think of shy of re-installing SBS2003 to
get back to the initial setup screen.

HELP.

There is definitely another DHCP-server, else SBS wouldn't complain about
it. Do you have a router that might be doing some DHCP-ing?
