What is the difference between Name Servers and DNS servers under Scope
options? Specifically it is described as an Array of Name Servers and an
Array of DNS Servers.

The Name Server entry refers to an IEN 116 list of Internet Name Servers:

http://www.isi.edu/in-notes/ien/ien116.txt

The DNS Server entry refers to a list of Domain Name Servers, which may not
be authoritative for all possible domains and names unless forwarders or
outside resolvers are used.

Most folks use "DNS server" as a generic term for both types of name
servers.

Thanks Richard,
So should I not have anything listed in the Name Server section?

I don't think anything put there will be used by a Windows client - other
network clients might use the data but I tend to doubt it.
