DHCP notifications

Hi

How can you detect when a new DHCP address was sent out?
I'm concerned about contractors and others who show up onsite here and
simply plug into our network and start cruising the net and stuff.

I would prefer to know when a new computer gets a DHCP address assigned to
it - is this possible?
