DHCP not working

I have a laptop running XP Pro that will not connect to
our network'd DHCP server. Also, if i manually configure
the IP address services like mail and IE will still not
work. Any ideas on the problem. This problem is occuring
with the wireless adaptor and the 10/100 integrated.
