I'm russian and my english is....

DHCP don't start with no errors....
Reinstalling and killing files in DHCP directory don't
have effect .....
(WSP not used)
what that ?

Is the DHCP server part of an Active Directory domain? Is it authorized by
the domain to serve addresses? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling
DHCP? Have you created any address ranges?
