DHCP database pollution?

Hello all,

While preparing for an IP renumbering implementation, it struck me
that the

netsh dhcp server dump

command shows a lot of entries which do not appear in the reservations
section of the (W2K SP3) DHCP console. The reservations that don't
appear (and shouldn't appear, so it's OK) are the entries of which the
last three fields of the dump output are just quotation marks, such as

Dhcp Server <DHCP_IP_address> Scope <Scope_address> Add reservedip
<Reservation_address> 080009fc0d95 "" "" ""

Is this due to abnormal reservation removal, or is it something else?
Restarting the DHCP service doesn't remove these entries. It's not
bad, but I would like to script the reservation addition on the new
DHCP servers, and expected uniform reservation listings, which
obviously isn't the case.

Kind regards,

Casper.
