I have an older Samsung ML 4500 laser printer with
installation disk. I keep getting "cannot install this
printer" message. This message interfers with other
operations. Have called tech for Windows XP home addition
drivers for this printer and gone to web site looking to
no avail. This particular printer does not appear in
Micro data base. I have gone thru all steps in add new
printer protocal. I have also gone thru my store of
patience. I am an amateur poet and need my printer for
submissions. HELP PLEASE
