devices or application disable ==drivers for cd

cd recording software will cause windows to become
unstable.windows has prevented theses drivers from loading.

when i get the issue description it says===a driver might
have been installed by esay cd creator,windows media
player,realjukebox.i have delated all but the windows meda
player.i have tryed to contact microsoft they are
stompted.i have tryed different places to get help.is
there any soloution for this?
