Devices & Printers just sits there

I just did a M$ update to my W7 laptop. Now the Devices & Printers just
sits there and searches forever, never displaying anything. Must I
uninstall some update? TIA, Paul

You posting the same thing in the Win 7 group. You aren't going to get any
replies with the information you've given.
How about which update caused the problem and if there were any error codes.
You idiots think everyone here reads minds.

How do I know what update? I just let M$ do it - I don't watch them. A guy
in the W7 group gave me a good suggestion - I'll try it. Thank you, Mike
