I bought my daughter a Sansa Connect 4G mp3 player for Christmas. It has WiFi
capability. I hooked the device up to my computer, Windows XP home 2, and it
worked for awhile and I copied some playlists over onto it. Now, however, the
device does not show up in the bundled software program so we cannot load
anymore playlists. The device also does not show up in My Computer, however
if I load the Device Manager it lists it as a Windows portable device and
says it is working properly. Why can I not see it in My Computer or Yahoo
Music Jukebox? The troubleshooter said to rollback the driver and I could
not remember if I had updated or not but apparently not as there was nothing
to roll back to. Any help would be appreciated.

it might not be an
issue with windows,
but rather with the
physical device.

you should check out
the homesite for that
player and go through
the faq's or possibly
locate updated drivers
or patches from the makers
site.
