device not reckonized

I am using XP and connecting a MP3 player Xclef800 ,it has been connecting
automatically no problems until now ,I get the message Windows does not
reckonize this device. The player is working ok no problems but now cannot
connect the player to the computer . Any suggestions . Have been told to
reload the driver. How would i do this , went to Device Manager but dont know
which driver is used for connecting the MP3 player to the computer????any
suggestions thanks
