      18th Jul 2004
R-click "My Computer", choose "properties". On the "hardware" tab, click
"device manager".

Two other ways:

1) Start>Run>"devmgt.msc.">enter
2) Activate your address bar inside your task bar. Right click the task
bar>Toolbars>Address then you can use it to browse or as a run box for
99,9999% of commands including "devmgt.msc"
