why cant i disable any of my devices

We've no idea. What are you disabling? Why? What happens when you try?

im trying to disable my intergraded video
and when i right click on the device it doesnt show
disable, only uninstall

Before you disable your divices make sure the login name has the
Administrative rights. Login as an Administrator.
