Hi
Every time i load up device manage, it comes up with a blank screen. I have
followed the instructions to rectify this problem as described on
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;311504. However the
problem still remains and I can not access the device manager.
I have also noticed that none of my USB devices are recognised. I can use
them as normal, i.e. mass storage devices but can not use my USB scanner. The
"Safely Remove Hardware" icon no longer appears next to the clock either. I
have tried a system restore and this still has not resolved the problem. Can
anybody help me rectify the situation?
