I have an ID Vault which has been working, but now doesn't recognize the
H'ware portion. Tech support supplied new driver and updated V3.0 S'ware.
My problem is I can no longer get the Device Manager to find the driver in
the My Download folder. I have tried removing everything and reloading, using
the old and the new S'ware, no luck. I have removed the device from the
Device Manager and used the add H'ware help. I have un-installed all usb
connections and restarted the computer and watched it reinstall the usb
devices. I've used all the wizards I can find, no help. The computer knows it
is there but the device manager keeps saying it can't find it. I get a "this
device cannot start (code 10) and the system dumps in a microsoft generic
driver which doesn't Work. Any ideas? Rob 816
