Hi, for some reason my computer thinks that a device
installation is continuously underway. I'm lost for
options and this is preventing me loading the software
for a new printer I have just bought. Any ideas on what I
can do to fix this problem? Is there some way I can find
out what so called device is being installed and stopping
it?

The device I'm trying to install is a new printer. But the PC thinks that a device (I don't know what the device is) is being installed. Anyway I can find out what the device is and how I might be able to stop or fix this issue
