EVERYBODY HAS THIS ANNOYANCES from our dear friends at Microsoft; But
I think this is a problem based on the refresh option on all active
diskdrives of the program called explorer.exe (or even your antivirus
monitor program), try opening 'my PC' icon, then locate your usb
device and left-click property pop-window and try to "eject" the
hardware, then windows will try to Unmount the device, thus ending all
read-write activity, then try the Unplug your USB.

The "eject" command does not try to unmount the device. It tries to
eject media from a device marked "removable". It's the media that it's
trying to eject, not the device.
