Every time I boot up on WinXP Pro, the Device Driver InstallatinWizard window
comes up and indicates it has finished installing a driver, although none are
listed in the window. How can I get this to quit running on each startup?

It's a bug in your printer install software. Run the Hardware wizard, and
enable it to 'finish' in spite of not finding a new printer.
