Device driver, post .Net install

XP Pro SP1 with all critical updates. Machine worked for
several months prior to installing Visual Studio .Net
2003 and the MSDN Library. Now I crash every 15 minutes
or so.

This displays on blue screen

I can make it crash by navigating here:
C:\Program Files\MSDN\Feb2003

Any ideas???
