I cannot get my system to go into Sleep or Hibernate, and
always get the same error, "The device driver for the
modem device is preventing the machine from entering
sleep mode. Please close all applications and try again.
If the problem persists, you may need to update this
driver." I have tried three different modems, and the
problem continues. I have uninstalled the modems and
sleep mode still does not work correctly.

The Knowledge base has an artice #314118 which discusses
this issue, but the solutions are not correct, because I
have contacted the manufacturers and are using their most
up to date drivers.

Anybody got any ideas?
