Error code 1000008e: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED; parameter1 0xC0000005: A memory access
violation occurred
Error code 0000001a: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT parameter1 00041284 : A PTE or the working set list is
corrupt.
So, you got something that causes memory corruption and then, filesystem corruption. Maybe, even a
virus.
