Device Drive/Network Component Issue

I am experiencing the exact problem listed in this post:

Does anyone have any information on how to solve this problem? I have seen
several related posts in other forums which have no resolution posted. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

Which include: Start/Run/Regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network

I did not see a suggestion regarding the key you have typed below. I have
seen a suggestion regarding the DevicePath key which I have tried and did not
work. If you have info that I missed regarding this key, please pass it on!
