Cari,
I would not advise the Repair because there is a possibility that some
software may have been installed that does not follow Windows conventions
and pointers to drive may be hard coded in the program. If there was no
other software installed then the Repair would probably be sufficient to
correct the pointers but since new install of Windows is fairly fast theses
days.....it may be almost as fast to just re-install.
