This error refers to my Graphics Display Driver. It shows up as an
exclamation mark in Device Manager hardware profiles.

The card is physically a LeadTek Winfast A170 DDR however the Driver is
shown as a NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440. The LeadTeK device looks like it uses
Nvidia chips.

I have downloaded the latest driver for this device from both LeadTek and
Nvidia. I have installed both.

The first time Device Manager shows OK (no exclamation mark). Reboot
system, check Device Manager and exclamation mark back again !!!

It doesn't matter what driver I put in to "correct problem", initially
appears OK in Device Manager then on reboot shows as in error.

Nvidia declare this as......

"The Code 10 error is most often a result of not having the option "Assign
IRQ to VGA" enabled in your motherboards system BIOS."

I use a ASUS A7V33 motherboard and can't find this particular setting (??)
so at a lose as what to do next. Appreciate Help
