Can't help w/the card problem but I can help, from experience, with
something IMPORTANT: " I have never done that before and don't know if I
will lose my working papers or not" shows you need to immediately learn how
to BACKUP. Do it first--then get on to less important things like Verizon
cards. HTH, s
