This Device annot Start (Code 10)

Hi,
I have a 128Mb mp3 which I use. Whenever I connect it to the computer it
makes a sound but nothing shows up in My computer. I have tried going to
device manager and when I look there is has a yellow Exclamation mark and it
says that the device cannot start (code 10).I have tried all the steps that
are mentioned in the trouble shooter and have uninstalled and reinstalled the
device but It still does not work.
I have been able to connect the Mp3 to another computer running XP and it
works fine.
Can anyone Help???
