developing setup programs for COM+ apps...

Hi all,
I want to know how can one develop setup programs to
install com+ applications.Will the applications , once
installed , appear in the component services admin tool ?
It should also ask the user to prompt the user to enter a
folder of his choice and store all the com+ modules
(.dlls) in that folder.
