Developing Pocket PC Applications with VB .Net or Visual Studio .N

Do I need the Visual Studio 2003 .Net professional to develop Pocket PC
Applications or is it enough to buy Visual Basic .Net Standard edition?

Currently you need VS.Net 2003 Pro, or better.

In the future the standard version will support device development.
