Developing macro event to allow multiple choices on drop down menu

Any instructions out there on how to develop or write the proper macro to
allow multiple choices on a drop down menu? I've seen the worksheet from
contextures, but it doesn't help me figure out how to create this
functionality on my own. Thanks!

Yes, sure. I've created several drop down lists and I'd like my users to be
able to select more than one items in the list and then have those selected
items appear within the cell. How can I make that happen?
