I want to Develop an application to cellular phone with
the visual studio .net 2003,
my problem is that most of the cellular phones in israel
work with j2me.

can i program with the visual studio .net 2003 and to
load the application to the celluar phone?
and if it's possible, how can i do this?

The only phones Studio works with are Smartphone 2003's. There are none
available in the US and very limited availability worldwide. You cannot
write applications for any phone running any OS other than CE with Studio.
