how to develop addin for powerpoint2003 with vsto

i want to develop an addin for ppt2003 not ppt2007 with vsto. but i can't find any useful materials for that .

i have tried once. i add a custom toobar in ppt2003, but when i click the button in the toolbar, the click event only executes 3 times. after 3 times, when pressing it, nothing happens. i wondering....

and begging for help..
