Hi there,

I have just built a new PC after completely decommissioning my old one
including formatting all the HDD's.

I have 2 genuine FrontPage 2003 CD's and I want to install FrontPage 2003 on
my new machine.

The trouble is I can't tell which disc is which - one of them is currently
in use on my girlfriends PC and the other was removed from my old PC when I
formatted the drives.

I have the original Product Keys on each of the CD's but looking on my
girlfriends PC all it gives is a Product ID which bears no resemblance to
either of the Product Keys on the original CD's.

How can I determine which disc is which so I know which one to install
please?

Thanks & regards,
-=pp=-

Use Belarc Advisor on the machine that it is installed on and it will give
you what you want / need.

Thanks John,

What a terrific piece of software...worked better than expected!

I am going to keep this on my USB key to help me next time I get a problem
with a PC and need to interrogate to find out what revision hard/software it
is running.

Thanks & regards,

The product ID and product key are 2 different things.

The ProductID is *not* the Product Key- the Product Keyis obtained from the
Windows registry.
