We are pushing out an app that requires Outlook 2003 SP2.

Before we push and install the app we would like to check to see if we need
SP2 installed first.

Is there a reg entry or file that we could look at to determine if SP2 is
installed

In Outlook Help | About should do it or is that way tooo obvious? Or am I
having a blonde moment?

If you *need* to determine it from the registry, this key gives you the
installed version number
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Common\ProductVersion]

The entry name is "LastProduct".

To see if OL is actually installed, you may also need to check
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook]

But if the user has already Office 2007 installed, then things are
getting a bit complicated. Maybe Judy's suggestion may be easier...
