Determine open files on server from XP pro????

How can I see what files are open on our Win2000 server from my XP Pro
workstation?

I have full admin on both, I just want to see it without walking back to the
server room.

A couple of ways;
1.) Terminal Service connection
2.) Remote connection through Computer Management
