How can you tell from the source code if FP extensions are installed?
I know it's possible, because some of you MVP's have checked sites for
me and were able to tell.

Look for a file named _vti_inf.html example:
www.example.com/_vti_inf.html
This file shows (in View Source) which version of extensions are installed.
Version 4.xxx = FP2000
Version 5.xxx = FP2002

One way - try opening the site 'live' - i.e. File > Open web and type in the
full http:// address. If it connects OK then the FPSE are installed.
