Is there a way that I can programmatically (from a batch file or VBScript)
determine whether or not anyone is logged onto a computer? I will be running
the batch file/script locally and I cannot simply check for whether or not
the %USERNAME% environment variable is empty, because I'm using CA's Software
Delivery solution and it uses the local SYSTEM account and will always tell
me this.

Thank you, in advance, for any assistance that you can provide.
